SMS offers:
A range of support options including installations, training and full warranty support. All our engineers are factory trained and accredited to perform validation or service work, assuring you of the proper operation of your instruments and full traceability. We have installed hundreds of instruments and currently support most of these in routine use; many of these are in very busy labs or critical front-line labs.
Service call outs and service charges:
Repairs and services are charged at standard hourly rates and are available to all customers. Please contact your local office for further details on pricing. Customers with service contracts benefit from reduced rates and planned services that improve reliability and reduce call outs. Service Contracts:
This is a valuable option for those customers, who rely heavily on their instrumentation working to high standards. A wide range of contracts are available to suit users who need to plan their support. Contracts are costed, to save you money and our records clearly show that systems under contract are much more reliable in use.

SMS Service Contract Plans for 2009 - Options include:
Full Contract:
Includes on-site preventative maintenance and emergency visits, plus discounts on parts, consumables, training, software updates, validation packages and manuals.
Maintenance Only Contract:
Includes on-site preventative maintenance as above but emergency visits are extra and chargeable at a discounted labour rate, plus further discounts are offered on parts, consumables, training, software updates, validation packages and manuals.

Educational discounts are offered on all of the above contracts plus a basic one-day system integrity check and breakdown cover.
